the establishment of a Complaints Desk

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) wishes to inform all Investors, Development Partners, and Non Governmental Organizations that in accordance with Article 2 of the Joint Prakas on Public Services Provision at CDC No.991 MEF. PRK dated 28 December 2012, a “Complaints Desk” has been established and is located at Room No.7, 1st floor of the main building of the Council for the Development of Cambodia to receive all complaints, especially complaints related to practices not in compliance with standard services, over charged fees, or unjustified delay in documents processing.

The plaintiffs may also contact the CDC directly by fax: 023 428 954 or email to: sokchenda@online.com.kh. The CDC will guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the plaintiffs.
