Prohibition of Use of Voice Over Internet

Minister of Posts and Telecommunication having seen:

The constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia

The decree No NS/RKM/0496/20 Dated 24 January 1996 on the formation of the Ministry of  Posts and Telecommunications.

The sub decree No 05 ANRK date 05 March 1987 issued by the Council of Ministers on post and telecommunication services.

DECIDES

1. Any use of telephony via Internet or any business which offers telephony service via Internet is strictly prohibited. Any person who violates the above shall be penalised according to the law.
2. This declaration comes into effect on the date signed.
